Training Manager - National

IQVIA seeks a Training Manager to develop sales professionals' learning and coaching programs across multiple regions. The role involves designing training content, conducting field coaching and classroom instruction, and identifying performance gaps to support national sales team effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver disease state, product, and sales skills training programs on-time and on-budget
- Conduct field rides, virtual coaching sessions, and classroom training with sales representatives
- Identify learning gaps across regional and national field sales organization through environmental scanning
- Consult with sales leadership to assess training needs aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor course evaluations and compliance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid driver's license in state of residence
- Ability to travel 25-50% nationally
- 2+ years sales training experience preferred
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales and/or management experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Compensation: $100,000-$130,000 base annually
