$21 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities:

Operate loader equipment efficiently to support construction projects, ensuring safety and precision in every task. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on machinery to guarantee optimal performance and longevity. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure seamless workflow on-site. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, fostering a secure environment for yourself and your colleagues. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to report progress and address any operational challenges. Assist in loading and unloading materials, contributing to the timely completion of projects. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance, supporting transparency and accountability in operations.

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and physical ability to lift 30+ pounds. Must have reliable transportation to get to work. Knowledge of the proper operation of heavy equipment, as well as safety standards. Must pass drug screen and background check. This position is out in the elements; the candidate must be willing to work outside.

Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification. Equipment Operation:

Able to operate a wide range of tools. Carrying:

able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg. Lifting:

able to lift up to 30lbs/14kg. Squatting/Kneeling:

able to squat or kneel. Standing:

able to stand for extended periods of time. Walking:

Able to walk through the shop and other outside elements. Sitting:

able to sit for long periods while operating the machine.
