Coach / Trainer - North Aurora

Shift patterns
- Tuesday to Saturday 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM
Pay rates
- 20.25 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Coach / Trainer
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
- Previous experience training, coaching, supervising, or mentoring employees.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and hold employees accountable to expectations.
Role for Coach / Trainer
- Provide daily coaching and feedback to associates regarding performance and productivity.
- Monitor employee performance and partner with leadership to address concerns.
- Assist with progressive disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
- Document coaching conversations and corrective actions accurately.
- Support new hires with hands-on training and development.
