- Optimize all digital channels to improve our customer experience, increasing Net Promoter Score (NPS) by 10 points within six months.
- Implement analytics tools to track and analyze digital performance metrics, providing actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
- Establish a digital content strategy that highlights our climate initiatives, increasing content-driven leads by 25% annually.
- Collaborate with IT to ensure digital platforms are cutting-edge, secure, and scalable, reducing downtime by 30%.
- Champion the integration of emerging digital technologies, enhancing our digital presence in the sustainability domain.
This role reports directly to the Vice President of Digital Marketing and interacts with a dynamic team of digital strategists, content creators, and IT specialists. You’ll have access to a suite of industry-leading digital tools and a competitive budget to bring your strategies to life.
Essential Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- Proven track record in managing successful digital campaigns with measurable outcomes.
- Experience with digital analytics, SEO, and content management systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams towards shared goals.
