HS Accompanist Position

Hollister High School is seeking a skilled accompanist to support the Blue Harmony Singers Show Choir and Concert Choir for the 2026-2027 school year. This stipend position works closely with the Choir Director to provide piano accompaniment for rehearsals, concerts, contests, and performances throughout the year.

Responsibilities include:
• Accompanying daily choir rehearsals (classes meet from 10:30AM-12:30PM)
• Accompanying school choir concerts and performances
• Traveling with students to District/State Contest and Show Choir Competitions
• Collaborating with the Choir Director to schedule rehearsal and performance dates
• Supporting student learning and performance preparation through strong piano accompaniment and sight-reading skills

Qualifications:
• Strong piano performance and sight-reading abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with students and staff
• Dependable, professional, and flexible schedule
• Previous accompaniment experience preferred, but not required
