Are you a natural leader with a knack for creating exceptional guest experiences? Laquinta Inn and Suites in Lewisville is looking for a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to oversee our operations and ensure our guests feel right at home. If you have at least one year of experience in management and are ready to take on an exciting challenge, we’d love to hear from you!

As the General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the success of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
• Leading and motivating a team to deliver outstanding guest service.
• Managing budgets, financial reports, and operational expenses.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with guests, staff, and vendors.

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, expertise, and a passion for hospitality. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of management experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
