Candidates interested in redefining manufacturing software—from distributed systems to automation infrastructure—will have ample opportunity to do so.What You’ll DoScope, architect, implement, and deploy critical backend services across multiple product verticals.Design and maintain reliable, scalable, and high-performance APIs and systems in a complex production environment.Engage in product discovery alongside experts in manufacturing and software—help define what needs to exist and what needs to be better.Build alongside an incredible team of engineers and operators.What We’re Looking ForExpertise in modern backend technologies, with a deep understanding of distributed systems, service architecture, data modeling, and scalable infrastructure design.Strong ability and desire to write high-quality, maintainable code.Experience designing and implementing APIs (REST & gRPC).Know how to develop, deploy, and maintain backend and full-stack applications using a modern cloud or containerized stack.Bias toward action and take pride in your work.Excited to work in a fast-paced environment with high stakes and quick iteration cycles.What Will Set You ApartStrong product intuition and user empathy. You enjoy understanding how your services impact real operators and workflows.Experience working across multiple languages or systems as needed: Go, Python, C#, C++, etc.Background with systems that require high performance, reliability, or real-time processing.Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, robotics, automation, manufacturing systems, or 3D environments.Demonstrated success implementing and scaling production systems in complex environments.CompensationFor this role, the target salary range is $120,000- $300,000 (actual range may vary based on experience).This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future.
