What you will do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and testing frameworks aligned with project objectives and organizational quality standards.
- Lead end-to-end testing activities, including functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Drive testing governance, processes, and best practices to ensure consistent quality across multiple projects and releases.
- Manage and coordinate onsite and offshore testing teams, ensuring effective communication, task allocation, and delivery execution.
- Partner with business stakeholders, project managers, product owners, and technical teams to define testing scope, risks, and quality objectives.
- Facilitate defect management processes and provide regular status reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, and project risks.
- Leverage JIRA for test planning, defect tracking, reporting, and overall test management activities.
- Lead or support test automation initiatives, collaborating with automation engineers and managed testing teams to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards, particularly within Life Sciences environments.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing, including leadership responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in test planning, test strategy development, and software testing methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA for test management, defect tracking, and project coordination.
- Proven background leading automation testing initiatives or managing automation testing teams.
- Experience coordinating offshore testing teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
