Join us on our journey towards sustainable growth, creating real impact on patients and society!Job Description:SummaryThe Senior Product Manager (SPM), Neuroscience Marketing is a key role on the Neuroscience Commercial Team and will report to the Senior Director, Neuroscience Marketing. The successful candidate will lead US marketing initiatives focused on driving customer conversion to help the Dysport team achieve near-term revenue goals that deliver on ambitious brand growth. Key promotional activities and responsibilities include yearly Dysport tactical planning, the development and execution of Injector training programs that leads to customer conversion.Included in the scope will be planning and execution of the Neuroscience Speakers Bureau, consistent tracking of KPIs associated with all responsible tactics, day to day sales team partnership, POA/NBM lead, and marketing budget management. The SPM will also be responsible for collaboration with training and field leadership to ensure best in class training for the field force.Cross-functional collaboration skills and proven track record of building and executing marketing project plans on time and on budget, in collaboration with multiple cross-functional partners will be critical in this role.Main responsibilities / job expectationsCore Marketing ActivitiesBrand tactical planning and developmentSupport development of brand content for peer to peer education, aligned to key brand messagingLead the development of all promotional and education / training initiatives including brand speaker bureauKTL engagement planning – actively foster key external relationships related to Speakers Bureau and other tactical developmentDevelop and monitor KPIs for all responsible initiatives and communicate performance on a regular basisEnsure compliant execution of all promotional activitiesEffective Cross Functional Collaboration With:Neuro field leadership to gain alignment and provide support with sales force execution and other business needsV&A, Medical and other key cross functional brand team members on brand promotional development, execution and performance managementIncorporate insights from primary and secondary research into development of field promotional tacticsWork with advanced analytics to ensure appropriate understanding and implementation of brand strategyKnowledge, abilities & experienceBA/BS in marketing or related field, MBA is a plusAt least 6 years of progressive biopharmaceutical marketing, demonstrating strong tactical executionNeuroscience and/or specialty experience a strong plusBiopharma sales experience a plusDemonstrated ability to achieve key milestones and business objectives working with peers and colleagues with and without direct authorityDemonstrated organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, to meet deadlines and budgetEffectively manage and provide direction to agency teamsExcellent written and verbal English communication skills; ability to communicate with colleagues at all levels of the organization; strong presentation skills requiredExcellent skills in MS Office (excel, word, powerpoint, outlook)Ability to travel (20%)Key Technical Competencies RequiredProven cross-functional collaboration skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills along with the ability to influence othersAbility to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated consistent track record of successStrong scientific/medical aptitudeDemonstrated success in project, vendor, and experience managing large budgetsKnowledge of the AMA, ACCME, PhRMA and FDA regulations associated with promotion and industry-supported scientific education activitiesWorking within an environment of strict compliance to all appropriate regulatory guidelines to successfully design and execute tactics, programs and tools that achieve business objectivesExcellent written and verbal skills; strong interpersonal communication skillsWillingness/ability to travel domesticallyThe annual base salary range for this position is $127,500 - $187,000This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentives program.At Ipsen we are proud to offer a comprehensive employee benefits package, including 401(k) with company contributions, group medical, dental and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, as well as flexible spending accounts.
