Responsibilities Oversee shifts each week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during a shift to ensure outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness to customers. Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure the team meets McDonald's standards. Communicate effectively with Crew and the next Shift Managers to help them prepare to run a great shift. Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet their goals. Take action to monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability. Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance during the shift.
