- Serves as a task manager within the high-tempo DLA Troop Support Joint Command and Control Center (CCC), Current Operations Division.
- Directs the flow of classified and unclassified communications, analyzing incoming tasks from multiple sources to initiate decisive, time-sensitive actions.
- Serves as the primary CCC liaison to the DLA HQ Agency Synchronization Operation Center (ASOC), providing global logistics support for DoD operations and exercises.
- Drives collaboration with supply chain specialists to ensure rapid and precise responses to all logistics taskers, including formal Requests for Information (RFIs) and Task Management Tool .

- Coordinates responses with Troop Support supply chains and directorates, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established deadlines.
- Analyzes operational data to identify critical trends, assess mission impact and initiate corrective action.
- Reports readiness impacts of material shortages to leadership and orchestrates command-wide efforts to resolve supply chain disruptions and mitigate operational risk.
- Executes urgent, no-notice tasks to support 24/7 CCC operations, crisis response, and time-sensitive missions during both weekdays or weekends.
- Provide administrative support such as VTC setup, protocol coordination, briefing preparation, and conference room arrangements.
- Operates in both classified and unclassified environments, including a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) facility.
- Ensures full compliance with security procedures, classified handling requirements, and operational security directives.
- Drives persistent, high-level coordination with senior military and civilian personnel across DLA Troop Support, other DLA Major Subordinate Commands, DLA regional commands in CENTCOM, EUCOM/AFRICOM, and PACOM.

- Tour of Duty: Full-Time, Flexible
- Security Requirements: Tier 5/Special Sensitive, Top Secret with SCI Access

- This is a Mission Essential (ME) position. The incumbent may be required to report to work in the event of a natural disaster, inclement weather, or crisis.
- You will be a Mission Essential employee. This requires you to work during an emergency to ensure continuation of essential functions. You may be required to work at the designated duty location, a telework site, or an alternate location/facility.
- Managing and synchronizing a high volume of classified and unclassified tasks.
- Analyzing complex information under pressure to initiate decisive, time-sensitive actions in support of global military operations.
- Executing time-critical DoD logistics and supply chain management within a high-tempo, 24/7 operational environment (e.g., Command Center, JOC, ASOC), including crisis action planning and readiness impact analysis.
- Servicing as a direct liaison between command echelons and coordinating with/briefing senior military (O-5+) and civilian (GS-14+) leaders across DLA, DoD, and global commands to ensure unity of effort.
- Interpreting regulations and policies to define operational requirements, develop mitigation strategies for material shortages, integrate support actions into a cohesive logistics plan, and brief senior leadership on recommended solutions and mission statuses.
