Psychologist (Neuro) Outpatient Rehab

Inova Mt. Vernon Hospital - Outpatient Rehab is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Psychologist Neuropsychologist to join the team. Uses interviews, psychometric testing, record review, as assessment tools to make appropriate interventions and recommendations. Provides accurate written documentation that adheres to department policy regarding the timeframe, form and content of written evaluations, progress notes and discharge summaries to ensure complete medical records for all treated patients. Provides group, individual and family therapy sessions that address specific patient/family goals and facilitate active patient participation in the therapeutic process. Acts as a resource for imaging students and other technologists.Minimum Qualifications:Education: Doctorate in PsychologyLicensure: VA license as a Clinical PsychologistExperience: 1 year of clinical experienceCertification: BLS from the American Heart Association.We are Inova, Northern Virginia’s leading nonprofit healthcare provider.
