Production Technician

Production Technician Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and plating services, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing support team, ensuring high-quality production processes and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Fullerton, CA Pay Range: $25 Shift: 0600 - 1430, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Responsible for set-up, operation, and maintenance of miscellaneous plating machines, processing parts to meet print and specification requirements Troubleshoot plating machines as required to ensure continuous operation Run Dry Film Lube with both Dip and Spray processes Have general knowledge of Cad and Silver Plate processes Prepare daily production reports and forms to track progress and quality What's Needed? High school diploma or GED Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, policies, and procedures Solid interpersonal and communication skills Ability to lift and/or move up to thirty pounds Working knowledge of manufacturing and quality processes and principles What's in it for me?
