Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC’s) or recent completion of graduate program and eligibility for CFY
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group therapy to meet students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support students’ IEP goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on speech-language concerns and strategies
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive, inclusive school culture
