MEP Project Manager
As the MEP Project Manager, reporting to the Operations Leadership team, you will oversee full-cycle delivery of complex building systems projects while driving budget, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include:
- Managing large-scale MEP project scopes exceeding $20M
- Leading project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and financial controls
- Coordinating multidisciplinary design, engineering, and field execution teams
- Overseeing subcontractor performance and ensuring quality and compliance
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
- Providing mentorship and leadership to project engineers and support staff
- Supporting integrated project delivery and front-end design coordination

For the MEP Project Manager role we are seeking:
- A technical degree in engineering, construction management, or similar
- Experience delivering major MEP projects ($20M+ scope)
- Strong financial acumen including budgets, forecasting, reporting, and cost controls
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and manage clients
- Background in MEP-focused general contracting or specialty subcontracting
- Experience in design-heavy project environments or integrated project delivery
- Bonus: Business development or client-facing exposure
- Not suitable: Candidates coming from an Owner's Representative background
