Outpatient Physical Therapist Position - Antioch, TN

Location: Antioch, Tennessee

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour Day Shift, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week and the expectation of working up to 40 hours.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Antioch, TN. This position primarily focuses on outpatient orthopedic care and requires a professional with outpatient experience. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy interventions to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Ensure effective therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
• Manage follow-up visits with a potential for double-booking.
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to provide superior patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• Physical Therapist license in the state of Tennessee is required.
