Senior Salesforce Developer

Salesforce Developer
Required skills include 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in Health Cloud. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs is necessary. A strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud features, including care plans, patient management, and healthcare workflows is required. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably in healthcare environments, is also needed. Experience in leading and mentoring development teams is important. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes is also required. Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, or Application Architect are preferred. Knowledge of healthcare industry standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is also necessary. Experience with Salesforce Shield for data encryption and security is required.
