We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Bartender/Server to join our team at our establishment located at 1200 East Cary Street, Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bartending and serving, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Take customer orders and deliver food and drinks in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender and server.
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• TIPS or similar alcohol training certification preferred.
