Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across company systems and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity. Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct discrepancies Maintain organized digital and physical records for easy retrieval Perform routine data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness Generate reports and extract data as requested by management Communicate with internal teams to obtain missing or unclear information Follow data privacy and security policies when handling sensitive information Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management $17 - $19 an hour #J-18808-Ljbffr
