Research Technologist

To ensure accurate content for customer-facing applications, the remote Technical Research Administrator will manage regulatory updates, create compliance documentation, and provide escalated support while collaborating with internal teams. Key responsibilities

Track regulatory updates and communicate changes through revised reference materials Research regulatory requirements and maintain detailed business and compliance documentation Perform manual and automated QA to verify research and confirm business rules

Required qualifications

Associate degree or vocational training in business, computers, or a related field, or equivalent work experience 3+ years in technical application support, total loss research, or a comparable role Advanced Excel skills, including writing complex formulas and light SQL experience Strong research skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities to meet deadlines
