Responsabilidades:
- Prepara y distribuye los solventes requeridos en nuestros procesos manuales y automticos segn Bill of Material y Spec que apliquen.
- Responsable de documentar diariamente los solventes y lotes utilizados
- Suple solventes a todas las posiciones en la lnea manual y/o mquinas evitando derrames en el piso.
- Cambia las esponjas de acuerdo a la frecuencia establecida en los SOPs.
- Se asegura que los utensilios o "fixtures" (si aplica) sean los correctos de acuerdo con las especificaciones y procedimientos.
- Identifica las bases con "labels" correspondientes..
- Documenta en el "log book" "part numbers" y lotes de los solventes, segn SOPs
- Mantener el rea donde se preparan las mezclas limpia y ordenada segn requerimientos de SOL6 S.
- Disponer (desechar) de cualquier solvente cumpliendo con los requerimientos ambientales.
- Revisa el proceso de manufactura para asegurarse que se estn utilizando los solventes correctos.
- Cumplir en todo momento con las reglas de la compaa, con las Buenas Practicas de Documentacin y regulaciones de EHS.
Cualificaciones:
- Diploma de Cuarto Ao.
- Un ao de experiencia en controladores programables, proceso de extrusin preferible, inspeccin y disposicin de materiales (TIQ)
- Saber leer e interpretar Ingls
- Disponibilidad para 3er turno y turnos de 12 horas.
- Shift C 10pm a 5am Lun-Juev (8hrs) y Viernes 10pm a 10am (12hr)
