Overview We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our esteemed team at Montefiore Wakefield Campus, a Magnet designated hospital recognized for its excellence in patient care. Our ED department is currently seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide top-notch care to patients. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering compassionate and professional nursing care to patients. This includes assessing patients\' needs, developing and documenting nursing care plans, and preparing and administering medications and interventions as necessary. Additionally, the Registered Nurse is responsible for supervising nursing attendants and ancillary staff in patient care activities. Requirements Current Registered Nurse license. BSN required. Master’s Degree in Nursing or Health-related field preferred. Clinical: 5+ years of clinical experience. Management: Minimum of 3 years of management experience preferred. Communication: Evidence of excellent interpersonal relationships, effective English communication skills (written, oral, and interpersonal), ability to problem solve, ability to motivate, develop, and coach individuals and groups, ability to appropriately confront issues, and ability to think creatively.
