Description:
Support daily logistics operations (Tracking, Transportation, Following up on shipment discrepancy)
Resolve customs clearance issues with customs brokers
Review and process logistics vendor invoices
Monitor incident reports for shipment exceptions and take corrective actions
Location: Onsite at our San Jose office/headquarters 5 days a week
Requirements:
1+years of experience in Logistics Management, Transportation, and Import/Export compliance preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Experienced with the classification process
Excellent with MS Excel (v-lookup, formals, pivots table)
Assertive, self-motivated, goal and result driven
