Coordinator, Contracts Administration

The Coordinator, Contracts Administration position will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of contracts and acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and Contract Administration staff for all contracts within assigned region(s) and/or department(s). Will participate in the negotiations and drafting contracts, assessing their impact and associated risk and liability to the organization. Administering assigned contracts' lifecycle from inception to expiration; seek input and facilitate decision-making from internal stakeholders and various approvers. The position will administer contract operations for the organization within assigned region(s) and/or department(s) and participate in the development and implementation of all operational policies for contracts review and approval.

Education:Essential: Master's

Experience:Essential: Four Years
