Hotel Maintenance Engineer - HVAC, Plumbing & Repairs

Highgate is looking for an Engineer, Level 1 to ensure property maintenance at its Residence Inn Windsor location. This role encompasses wide-ranging responsibilities including repairs to HVAC systems, plumbing, and ensuring compliance with local codes. Candidates must have hotel experience and a strong technical background. Applicants should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff, and carry a high school diploma or equivalent. Maintenance certification in pools is a plus.
