Qualifications / Requirements
- MD/DO
- Unrestricted state medical license
- Unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain
- OB/GYN BC/BE (ABOG, AOBOG)
- Completion of ACGME OBGYN residency program
- Board certification required within 5 years of eligibility
- BLS

Our facility includes on‑site mammography and sonography for comprehensive diagnostics and convenience for patients.
