Job Location: Temple Health Center – Los Angeles, CA 90026 Salary Range: $23.50 – $25.00 hourly Benefits and Perks Free medical coverage options—covers all out‑of‑pocket expenses Chiropractor / acupuncture care HMO and PPO dental coverage options Vision coverage Weekend shift differential pay 403(b) retirement plans with employer matching Generous paid time off, including a one‑week holiday closure for Christmas and New Years Competitive wages and annual merit increase Duties and Responsibilities Welcome patients to the clinic and confirm proper appointments Set up and maintain the front desk to ensure efficient paper and information flow Maintain respect and confidentiality when handling patient information Assist patients in filling out paperwork as needed Expedite patient registration processing Monitor registration to ensure an efficient flow Process all paperwork and related information to provide timely registration Review patient information and update demographics in patient charts or computer systems Initiate and ensure accurate information on the superbill Screen each patient for insurance information and eligibility with state, county, or private‑funded programs; verify paperwork and financial class to match the selected insurance group Position Requirements High school graduation or GED equivalent Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare setting demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of this position Fluency in another language such as Spanish is preferred Compensation Disclaimer Actual salary offers are determined by several factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure, certifications, and other business considerations.
