What You'll Do:

• Assist in surgical procedures as a First Assist RN in a busy perioperative setting
• Collaborate with surgeons and surgical teams to ensure patient safety during operations
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure sterile techniques are maintained
• Monitor patient condition during surgery and respond to emergencies
• Document procedures and patient information accurately
• Adhere to facility protocols and safety regulations

What You Need:

• Valid Massachusetts RN license with First Assist designation
• At least 2 years of perioperative RN experience, preferably in a surgical setting
• Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
