Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Funeral Director located in Central, FL. The Funeral Director will oversee all aspects of funeral arrangements and services. Responsibilities include meeting with families to plan and coordinate services, guiding them through the process with sensitivity and professionalism. Additional duties include managing administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and collaborating with team members to provide a high standard of care and support. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage funeral arrangements and coordinate various service details Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with grieving families, staff, and external partners Knowledge of funeral service laws, regulations, and industry standards Professional demeanor with a compassionate and empathetic approach Proficiency in administrative tasks, such as scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping Active Funeral Director license in the state of Florida Strong ability to handle sensitive and emotional situations with discretion and care Previous experience in the funeral service industry is highly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
