About the Role

We are seeking a Retail Leader with a strong emphasis on sales and customer service to join our team at The Woodhouse Day Spa - Cleveland in Rocky River, OH. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a luxurious spa environment and help customers find the perfect products to enhance their spa experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive retail sales and meet sales goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to all spa guests
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail products
• Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to drive retail sales

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of skincare and beauty products is a plus
• Ability to close during the week and work one weekend shift, either Saturday or Sunday.

Our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and creating a positive work environment for all employees. Compensacin: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
