IT Support Specialist

Requirements We are looking for someone with highly flexible availability, including varying training hours and participation in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support. We need experience troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 11 issues. We need Active Directory administration experience in a Windows Server environment. We are looking for familiarity with LANs and a basic understanding of networking, including Wi‑Fi technology. We need Microsoft Outlook knowledge, including profile setup, domain configuration, and email troubleshooting. We need barcode scanner setup and troubleshooting experience. We value logistics experience with asset tracking and inventory control. We need experience configuring and supporting iPhone and Android smartphones. We need experience administering Microsoft 365. We need printer management experience, including adding network printers and resolving related issues. We need excellent communication skills. We value a professional attitude, persistence, and the ability to drive issues through to resolution. We prefer familiarity with Linux/Unix. Warehouse technology experience is helpful, though not required. Responsibilities We provide end-user support by troubleshooting issues over the phone, in person, and in a depot setting. We repair and adjust hardware and software to minimize downtime. We build desktop, laptop, and tablet PCs with the required programs, Wi‑Fi access, and VPN configuration. We update internal ticketing software in real time and close tickets promptly. We troubleshoot smartphone connectivity problems and configure MFPs, label printers, and barcode scanners. We collaborate with engineers on project‑based work and contribute in a team environment. We handle customer support issues, including website‑related concerns and troubleshooting EDI or similar interfaces. We take ownership of issues, work them through carefully, and ensure they are resolved correctly and professionally. Company We are hiring a full‑time IT Help Desk professional for an in‑person role with a starting pay range of $25.19 to $30.34 per hour. The position includes health insurance, an 8‑hour shift schedule, and training with flexible hours that may vary across early morning and late evening shifts.
