Light Industrial - Warehouse Associate

Warehouse PositionWe are looking for a dedicated and physically capable individual to join a dynamic team in the warehouse sector. In this role, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse by putting material away, pulling outbound orders, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.Responsibilities:Pull and prepare orders for shipment.Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times.Requirements:1 year experience with Sit Down and Stand up forklift/Order picker, up to 20 feet in height.1 year warehouse experience.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and standing for full shifts.Ability to read and understand work orders.Consistent work history with no more than 3-month gaps, unless noted on the CV.Preferred Qualifications (if any):Familiarity with wholesale distribution (e.g., Lowes, or Home Depot).Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory.Salary & Benefits (Optional):Competitive pay with potential for permanent placement based on performance.Who We Are:SGF Global is an integrated talent solutions provider, offering staffing, recruitment, Employer of Record (EOR), nearshore, and consulting services across a wide range of industries in 35 countries.We're a dynamic, people-first organization where fresh ideas are always welcome.
