Our focus is to help facilitate a smooth and safe transition home and provide life-changing service with the amount of care and dignity our patients and their families deserve.Job SummaryThe Weekend Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible for following the patient's plan of care and providing treatment under the supervisor of the Registered Nurse.Duties & ResponsibilitiesImplement plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.Provide accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.Collect assessment data and performs observation to report to and collaborate with RN(s) and physician(s).Participate in coordination of home health services with interdisciplinary team.Use equipment and supplies effectively and efficiently.Participate in personal and professional growth and development.Job RequirementsValid CA Licensed Vocational Nurse LicenseMaintain a current CPR certification2+ years of experience working in direct patient careMust be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state or organization requirements and is in good working orderWhy Sequoia Home Health?Sequoia Home Health is part of the Cornerstone Group with close to 80 agencies throughout the country.
