Job Description

• Craft Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies that guide them towards their functional goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based interventions to boost patients' motor skills, cognitive abilities, and daily living routines
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, holistic care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their families effective therapy techniques to ensure ongoing progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients on track

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification required
