Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long‑term conditions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA. Current Wisconsin Physical Therapy license required. Experience working with adult and geriatric populations, preferably in skilled nursing or long‑term care settings. Experience with documentation systems; experience with Net Health is a plus. Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility supporting locations in Lomira, Beaver Dam, and Markesan, WI. Shift: Days. Typical schedule: Monday through Friday. Opportunities available for full‑time, part‑time, and PRN schedules. Your Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services to adult and geriatric residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and measurable goals. Document care accurately and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards. Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to coordinate patient‑centered care. Educate residents and families on safe techniques and strategies to maximize independence. Participate in team meetings and care planning processes. What You Bring Current Wisconsin PT license. Strong clinical skills with a focus on older adult care. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Flexibility, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
