Astrion has worked extensively with the Redstone Test Center where it has earned a reputation for on-time delivery of high-quality products tailored to the needs of its clients.Required Qualifications / SkillsMust be flexible in adapting to deadlines, changing schedules, competing priorities, and unpredictable eventsFamiliar with and able to present data and recommendations to a large audienceThorough, detail oriented, and organized, with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at onceSuperb verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated and independent thinker with out-of-the-box ideasLeadership SkillsPreferred Qualifications / SkillsBachelor's degree required in project management, finance, business, engineering, or related discipline from accredited college/university, with at least 6 years of related experience in program finance or project managementExperience developing and maintaining project plans, budgets, schedules, and milestones to meet project requirements.Ability to monitor project funding, schedule performance, and milestone execution; provide timely, accurate status updates to stakeholders.Experience conducting budget-to-actual cost comparisons, variance analysis, cost validation, and financial trend analysis.Ability to monitor performance against approved plans and identify potential cost overruns, schedule risks, and funding shortfalls.Proficiency in analyzing, interpreting, and reporting financial data from multiple systems and data sources.Experience validating labor, flight, material, travel, and other project-related charges for accuracy and compliance with project records.Ability to coordinate administrative, financial, and logistical project-management activities, including tracking test costs and schedules.Proficiency with multiple software applications to establish, maintain, and update project forms, records, and reporting products.Ability to ensure customers and project stakeholders have complete, accurate, and current project information.Strong communication skills to clearly convey funding status, budget performance, cost impacts, and schedule implications to customers and leadership.Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines concurrently.Ability to identify discrepancies in project financial or schedule data, resolve issues with appropriate stakeholders, and maintain accurate supporting documentation.ResponsibilitiesThe Assistant Account Manager supports the S3 Operations and Test Integration Chief and Utility/TAPO Account ManagerAssist in the coordination of the planning, management, and oversight of Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities for programs and projects assigned within the RTC.Create, monitor, and maintain products such as Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), workload projection reports, and financial execution reports.Track all active projects, verify that Functional Divisions meet critical customer milestones, and ensure constant customer communications.Monitor project statuses; provide key input for PMRs; develop proposals and support agreements; support project retirements and metrics; enable RTC to meet cost, schedule, and performance goals in accordance with the RTC Supplement to 73-1.
