About the Role:
Join the vibrant team at Irie Reggae Grill LLC as a Restaurant Assistant! This exciting role offers a chance to immerse yourself in a lively atmosphere while delivering exceptional service to our guests in Swiftwater, PA.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests promptly.
Support kitchen staff with food preparation and maintaining cleanliness.
Manage inventory and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
Handle cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
Maintain a welcoming environment by ensuring dining areas are tidy.
Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Positive attitude and a passion for great food and service.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
