Substance Abuse Counselor: Transform Care for Unhoused

JWCH Institute, Inc. seeks a Substance Abuse Counselor to provide both individual and group counseling for unhoused clients at the Los Angles General Recuperative Care Center in Los Angeles, CA. You will work with social workers, medical staff, and offsite providers to ensure high-quality care under SAPC, DMC, and ADP guidelines. You will conduct intake assessments, lead groups, document in NextGen/CHAMP, and maintain HIPAA-compliant records while coordinating with county agencies to support #J-18808-Ljbffr Wesley Health Centers - JWCH Institute, Inc.
