Requirements & Responsibilities

* Availability: Ability to work a flexible 45-50 hour work week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

* Financial & Operational Oversight: Full accountability for restaurant profitability, inventory control, labor budgeting, and guest satisfaction metrics.

* Talent Management: Drive the recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and retention of all café team members and shift leaders.

* Brand Standards: Ensure complete compliance with all health, safety, food handling, and brand specifications to deliver top-tier food and smoothie quality.

* Hospitality Excellence: Role model and enforce "Unparalleled Hospitality" standards so that every single customer has a flawless, pleasant visit.
