Happy Hands Cleaning Service is seeking a dependable Full-Time Commercial Cleaning Specialist to join our growing team. If you're someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in a job well done, and wants consistent full-time hours, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Receive

• Starting pay of $21.00 per hour
• Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
• Performance incentives after 90 days
• Paid Time Off after 90 days

• Travel pay between job sites (when applicable)

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday through Friday
• Day Shift
• 8-hour shifts

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize commercial buildings to company standards
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and disinfect work areas
• Clean and restock restrooms and break rooms
• Complete periodic deep-cleaning projects
• Inspect your work to ensure quality standards are met
• Report maintenance or repair concerns
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supply inventory
• Work independently while communicating with supervisors and teammates

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Shows up on time and is dependable
• Takes pride in producing quality work
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Has reliable transportation
• Can lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift
• Has previous commercial cleaning experience (preferred, but not requiredwe're willing to train the right person)
