This position involves assessing, planning, and providing direct clinical care to patients in the operating room setting. The RN will oversee staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, while supporting operational efficiency and resource management. Job Details Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Certifications, education requirements, and experience include: 1 year of experience in operating room nursing, current nursing licensure, and relevant certifications such as BLS (Basic Life Support). Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) are preferred. Additional Information: The Operating Room RN will assume responsibility for patient assessment, planning, and direct clinical care on a shift basis. The role includes supervising staff and assisting the facility Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to maintain high standards of clinical practice and resource management.
