Our agency opened in May 2024 and is a growing team of five focused on building a high-performing, people-first environment. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the oil and gas industry, bringing a strong business mindset and results-driven approach into the agency. I studied Business Management and Economics at Prairie View A&M University, where I also played baseball, and later earned my Master’s degree from Texas A&M University. I’ve been married for nearly seven years, and we have one son and a dog. I stay actively involved in the community through the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. For our team, we offer an aggressive bonus structure aligned with corporate promotions, strong earning potential, and a focus on work-life balance. Jeffrey Sealy - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. Responsibilities Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
