Now Hiring: Experienced Structural Fitter 1st Shift Location: Vienna, OH Schedule: 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire Starting Pay: $18/hr+ (Based on Experience)Join a stable, growing company where your expertise is valued and your craftsmanship directly shapes high-quality industrial products. Position OverviewWere seeking a skilled Structural Fitter with strong fabrication and blueprint-reading abilities. Youll be responsible for laying out, fitting, and assembling metal components used in structural frames, machinery bases, piping systems, pressure vessels, and more. This role requires precision, professionalism, and hands-on skill. Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret detailed blueprints and engineering specificationsLay out and position components using calipers, squares, measuring tools, and fixturesPerform tack welding and welding in multiple positionsCut, grind, and prep materials to accurate dimensionsConduct inspections including hydrostatic testing, x-ray checks, and tolerance verificationHeat, bend, and form metal as requiredCreate templates and work aids to enhance fabrication accuracyAdjust methods or setups based on material type, equipment, or project requirements Qualifications3+ years experience as a Structural Fitter OR 2 years vocational training + 1 year industry experienceStrong knowledge of welding, structural fabrication, and material handlingAbility to work independently, maintain exact tolerances, and follow safety standardsFamiliarity with applicable welding codes and inspection requirementsStrong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Whats in It for YouFull-time, long-term employment with growth potentialCompetitive starting payHands-on role in a respected, expanding companyResume and interview required to demonstrate skill level Ready to Apply?
