About IM=X Pilates
At IM=X Pilates, we help people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives through personalized Pilates-based fitness. Our members range from beginners and active adults to athletes and individuals transitioning from physical therapy.
We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Community Outreach & Membership Coordinator to grow our presence in the West Cary community by building relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, apartment communities, and prospective members.
Position Summary
This is a relationship-driven sales and marketing role. You'll spend time both inside and outside the studio, creating partnerships that generate new community relationships focused on membership growth.

Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach

• Build relationships with local businesses, employers, apartment communities, and healthcare providers.
• Visit physical therapy clinics, physician offices, chiropractors, wellness professionals, and senior communities.
• Develop referral partnerships and maintain regular communication.
• Represent IM=X Pilates at community events, health fairs, networking meetings, and local festivals. Marketing & Events
• Plan resident events with apartment communities.
• Organize Lunch & Learn presentations for local businesses.
• Coordinate monthly workshops and open houses.
• Assist with social media content by capturing photos, videos, and member success stories.
• Distribute marketing materials throughout the community.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable networking and initiating conversations with new people.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the studio team.
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local outreach.

Success Metrics
Within the first six months, successful candidates will strive to:

• Develop relationships with 20+ referral partners.
• Establish partnerships with local apartment communities and businesses.
• Coordinate at least one community outreach event each month.
• Consistently convert prospective clients into memberships.
• Help increase referral-based memberships and member retention.

Compensation

• $18-$22/hour based on experince
• Performance-based commission and bonuses.
