Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - Travel Job

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current Massachusetts Respiratory Care license in good standing with the State License Board
• RRT certification required
• BLS certification required
• Five or more years of recent experience in a Level 1 trauma facility
• Recent critical care experience in both MICU and SICU
• Participation on Code Blue team experience
• Ability to make ventilator decisions based upon patient assessment and laboratory results
• Must have EPIC experience
• Familiarity with lung protective ventilation strategies
• Preferred: NPS and/or ACCS certification
• Preferred: Experience with Level III NICU
• Preferred: Experience with Drager XL and V500 ventilators
