Responsibilities:

• Deliver prompt and effective care in emergencies
• Conduct triage, administer medications, and respond to critical needs
• Collaborate with physicians and fellow nurses to ensure coordinated treatment
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes thoroughly
• Support patients and families through education and reassurance
• Maintain current certifications and follow evidence-based practices

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN or ASN)
• Current RN license in Montana or compact state equivalent
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or ability to obtain within one year)
• Clear communication, strong clinical judgment, and teamwork focus
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, rural environment
