Your Impact in This Role

You won't just be rooming patientsyou'll play a vital role in specialized allergy care and build meaningful, ongoing relationships with patients.

You'll:

• Perform allergy testing with precision and care
• Administer immunotherapy injections safely and confidently
• Prepare and manage allergy serums
• Educate patients and support long-term treatment success
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Collaborate closely with providers and advocate for patient needs
• Assist with billing workflows to keep care running smoothly

What Sets You Apart

• 1+ year of experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN
• CMA or LPN certification (preferred)
• BLS certification (preferred)
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skillsyou connect easily with patients and coworkers
• A proactive, team-first mindset

Location & Schedule

• Appleton, Neenah, and/or Oshkosh clinics
• Full-time: 3240 hours/week Monday-Thursday
