RN Supervisor

Full and Part Time Evening position Available

Mondays- Thursdays

NO WEEKENDS

What will I do as a RN Supervisor for The Wesley Community?

• Supervision of CNAs and LPNs

• Candidate will work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure Department of Health compliance with regulations, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures.

• Basic computer knowledge, MDS proficiency, and knowledge of the care plan process are required.

• Manage Staffing of CNAs, LPNS, and callouts

• Be flexible and willing to take medication cart assignments

• Great clinical assessment skills, able to provide SBAR to the Providers

• Starting and completing admissions

• Wound care along with wound vacs

• IVs, placement, PICC line management, blood draws

• Completing resident and staff incident and accident reports

• Direct communication with residents and their families

Requirements:

*  Candidate must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with preferred 2-5 years' experience in Long term care

*Prior Supervisory or Nursing management experience preferred
