The Position Location: Fully remote (California-licensed) | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available We offer full-time, W2 employed opportunities for independently licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Your Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools Participate in regular (paid) case consultations Who Thrives at Sailor You're mission-aligned.
