Accounting and Sales Administrator

Accounting and Sales Administrator In this role, you support both the finance and sales operations of the company. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, supporting the sales team with administrative processes, and owning the end-to-end order-to-cash process, with a focus on accelerating customer payment collection. Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders, contracts, and renewals Issue and track customer invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Maintain and update CRM data (customer records, opportunities, contracts) Accounts Receivable & Collections Management Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Own the end-to-end accounts receivable process, from invoice issuance to cash collection Monitor the aging receivables report on a weekly basis and escalate overdue accounts Send timely and professional payment reminders to customers Initiate and manage collection calls and written follow-ups with customers Coordinate with the Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve billing disputes and invoice discrepancies Record all collection activities and customer communications in the CRM and accounting system Prepare weekly and monthly collection reports, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) analysis Contribute to the reduction of bad debt exposure by proactively identifying at-risk accounts Ensure proper application of customer payments and reconciliation of accounts Accounting and Administrative Support Process and record accounts payable, receivable transactions and purchases Compile, review accounting documents and statements, establishing internal controls to support the financial infrastructure Assist with financial closing processes Assist in the preparation of management report. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting and/or sales administration role Fluent in English and French Experience in a multinational or technology company is preferred Prior exposure to multi-currency and multi-entity environments is a strong asset Ability to work effectively in an international environment Health insurance: Aetna medical coverage, 100% company-paid.
